About The Role
Own growth strategy and execution for Hethena — running acquisition, lifecycle, and AI-enabled marketing programs that turn interest into trust and trust into signups.
What You'll Do
• Set and lead the growth roadmap across acquisition, lifecycle, and retention.
• Design and run experiments across landing pages, campaigns, content, and channels, then turn results into a repeatable playbook.
• Track market, competitor, and cultural trends to identify timely angles, formats, and strategies worth testing.
• Build and mentor a small team of growth marketers and interns.
• Partner with product and creative to align growth work with brand and user experience.
• Own reporting on growth metrics and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership.
What We Look For
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally for a consumer, health, or AI product.
• Strong grasp of acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, analytics tooling, and experimentation.
• Awareness of current marketing trends, viral formats, competitor moves, and emerging growth strategies.
• Comfort using AI tools and AI agents like Claude or similar tools to speed up research, testing, and content production.
• Track record of turning experiments into scalable growth systems.
